The Freetail Brewing Co. of San Antonio, Texas discovered that its company logo was claimed by another company. It learned this fact when it received a threatening letter from the attorney of that company. The brewers decided that fighting the issue wasn’t worth the trouble, but wanted to have a bit of fun with their response.
